By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

Tweet 是一款对话优先的 iOS 社交 App，提供贴文发布、时间线浏览、关注、私聊与群聊、社区与话题、相机拍摄等社交功能。我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止任何功能的权利。 Tweet is a conversation-first iOS social app providing posting, timeline browsing, follows, DMs and group chat, communities and topics, camera capture, and other social features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. 用户账号与责任 3. User Accounts & Responsibility

注册账号时你承诺： When registering an account, you agree that:

• 你提供的注册信息真实、准确、完整 The registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• 你将及时更新任何变更 You will promptly update any changes
• 你将妥善保管账号和密码，对账号下发生的所有活动负责 You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for all activity under your account
• 如发现未经授权的访问，将立即通知我们 You will notify us immediately upon any unauthorized access

4. 使用规则与禁止行为 4. Rules & Prohibited Conduct

使用本服务时，你同意不从事以下行为： When using the Service, you agree not to:

• 发布违反法律法规的内容 Post content that violates laws or regulations
• 发布骚扰、辱骂、威胁、诽谤他人的内容 Post content that harasses, insults, threatens, or defames others
• 发布色情、暴力、血腥或令人反感的内容 Post pornographic, violent, gory, or otherwise offensive content
• 发布侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权、肖像权的内容 Post content that infringes others' IP, privacy, or portrait rights
• 从事诈骗、钓鱼、垃圾消息、刷量等恶意行为 Engage in fraud, phishing, spam, or manipulation
• 发布虚假信息、误导性内容 Post misinformation or misleading content
• 未经授权访问、干扰本服务或他人账号 Unauthorized access to or interference with the Service or other accounts
• 从事任何违反适用法律或公序良俗的行为 Anything that violates applicable laws or public order and good morals

违反上述规则时，我们有权采取警告、限制功能、删除内容、封禁账号等措施。 Upon violation, we reserve the right to warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend or ban accounts, and take other measures.

本服务及其所有内容（包括但不限于 UI 设计、Logo、文案、源代码）归我们或我们的许可方所有，受著作权法、商标法等法律保护。 The Service and all its content (including but not limited to UI design, logo, copy, source code) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

你发布的内容（贴文、图片等）仍归你所有。发布即授予我们一项非独占、可分许可、免使用费的全球许可，用于在本服务中展示、分发和推广该内容。 Content you post (posts, images, etc.) remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, global license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service.

9. 服务变更与终止 9. Changes & Termination

我们保留随时修改或终止本服务（或其任何部分）的权利，无需另行通知。如你对修改后的服务不满意，可停止使用或注销账号。 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. If you are dissatisfied with modifications, you may stop using the Service or delete your account.

你可随时通过 App 内设置注销你的账号。我们将在合理时间内删除你的数据，但法律法规要求保留的除外。 You may delete your account anytime via in-app settings. We will delete your data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.

10. 适用法律与争议解决 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

本条款的解释、效力及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（仅为本条款之目的，不包括香港、澳门和台湾地区法律）。因本条款产生的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任一方可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of these Terms only, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute to the competent people's court at our domicile.

11. 其他规定 11. Miscellaneous

• 可分割性：本条款中任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其他条款的效力 Severability: if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• 不弃权：我们未行使或执行任何权利或条款，不构成对该权利或条款的弃权 No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it
• 完整协议：本条款与隐私政策共同构成你与我们之间就本服务达成的完整协议 Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
• 转让：你不得未经我们书面同意转让本条款下的权利义务；我们可转让 Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign ours
